Southern Hospitality Okay, Buckaroos, Let's sit a spell for this review. I grew up on cast iron. EVERYTHING taste better cooked on cast iron. I recently bought another new pan and obviously I had to season it. Now, here's where my head starts spinning. Youngins don't season their iron! What in tarnation? They let it rust. They throw it in the dishwasher... No ma'am. If it's dirty with grease, salt that bad boy first, wipe it down with a paper towel, and a very light coating of hot water and light soap. Coat with lard or oil, then stick in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes. It'll last forever if you take care of it right. Love my cast iron! Yeehaw!

Loving it This is one of my favorite pans. I use my pan alot to make cornbread in and fry chicken. I like how durable the pan is and how I have had it for years and it still cooks great if not better then it did when it was new

Great cooking pan Cooks meat and steaks really good, along with other foods like sausages, burgers and more. Not alot of grease excess because the cast iron absorbs most of it. I love it. Highly recommend for cooking in.
