I have a lot of elf makeup and I adore the brand. The eyeliner doesn't clump up and dry out as fast as other brands I have tried before. I would recommend all elf products to anyone! My friends love the way I do my eyes and I always use elf eyeliner and eye shadow!

I don't usually gave 5 stars but I loveeee elf liquid black liner ! They don't smear (at least on me they don't) long lasting till you wash it off. I always by like 3 at a time and they stay very black. The tip is also sharp. So cheap too 1$ thank you elf for making these.

Love this brand of eyeliner! The tip is very fine and easy to draw a straight and even line. I use the blackest black color. Very inexpensive! Definetly worth trying for anyone that uses liquid eyeliner.

And after trying the liquid liner, my mind is still set... I love the way the applicator makes it so easy to make either thick or thin precise lines around your eyes. Great for cat eyes Love this liquid eyeliner! It's inexpensive and works just as well as the expensive ones! The brush is fine tipped which is great for those winged eyeliner looks.
