This product produced unmanageable KNOTS in my hair even when I loaded it with the matching conditioner! Secondly, I have arthritis in my hands and can't get the containers open.

Makes my head itch like crazy. It smells great, but I must be allergic to something in it.

I love the smell, but it really doesn't seem to work on my hair very well. It makes it feel heavy and leaves buildup. Also, it seems to make my hair very tangled.

I have thick typically oily hair, and this shampoo made my hair even more oily and dry at the end.

This shampoo leaves my hair flat and within 12-18 hours of washing my hair is greasy again! I don't like this brand of shampoo or conditioner!

I had such high hopes for this product due to the praise my friends gave it. I'm sad to say, but this product isn't wonderful at all for my hair! My hair type is extremely oily, as in, after a day, I could fry chicken with all this grease! After using just the shampoo, since I tend to not use conditioner due to the excess grease it brings to my head, my hair was possibly even greasier. It felt so icky! The smell was wonderful, though. I would definitely avoid this product if you tend to have oily hair.
