They must've changed to recipe or something! It used to have lather now it has none. I wont use this again

I received a free bottle of this. I like the smell but not the product. It didn't clean my families hair well enough and it caused my daughter to have an allergic reaction to it. I never had a shampoo do this before

This is a horrible product, I used it for a few weeks and my hari has never looked so bad. It left my hair, flat & greasy, a problem I almost NEVER have!

This product left my hair stringy and dull

This shampoo made me break out and itch everywhere it came in contact with my skin. I was on allergy meds for about three days. It has a great smell and good lather and left my hair shiny. I am not sure of the long term effects as I could only use it once.

I can use almost any shampoo that is on sale or I hae coupons for...except this. No matter what kind I tried it left my straight hair flat and oiley looking. I do enjoy their styling products. The texture spray and sleek shine hairspray.

I love the scent but the shampoo left my hair feeling dry and brittle. Not enough conditioner in the product I suspect.

I USED THIS PRODUCTS SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER I DONT LIKE HOW MY HAIR IS STRINGY.THE SMELLS OK FOR A WHILE THEN IT STARTS SMELLING LIKE ROTTEN FRUIT

I really don't like this product either. It left my hair very dull and very knotty. I felt like my hair had a coating of something on it all day long and it just got worse as the day went. I purchased this product because I love their hairspray, and figured that the shampoo/conditioner would work great too...not so much!

I have not had a problem with this product. Smells great too.

Smells great but can't say I like it

Does not leave my hair sleek and shiny, it smells great but my hair is still as frizzy as can be.

I have oily hair, and this product just made it worse. It made my hair so greasy that it didn't even look like I had washed it at all.

I've used this once before and like many other reviews it also irritated my scalp. It smells good but that's about it. I love Herbal Essence and it also smells fabulous without the itchy skin.

'OH MY GOD' I REMEMBER USING THIS PRODUCT WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT AND I WAS CRYING IN THE SHOWER BECAUSE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME SINCE I WAS LITTLE THAT I COULDN'T COMB THROUGH MY HAIR--[AND I AM 50 NOW AND MY HAIR IS DOWN THE MIDDLE OF MY BACK]. I LOVE TO COMB THROUGH WHEN I'M IN THE SHOWER WITH THE CONDITIONER ON MY HAIR BUT WITH THIS PRODUCT , I COULDN'T GET THE COMB THROUGH MY HAIR WITHOUT IT FALLING OUT. I REMEMBER CRYING FOR WEEKS CAUSE I HAD BALD SPOTS IN MY HEAD AND AT THAT TIME I HAD A CUT LIKE THE SINGER 'TONI BRAXTON' WHEN SHE HAD IT CLOSE TO HER SCALP. IF I HAD A TRUCK LOAD OF THE STUFF AND IT WAS FREE---IT WOULDN'T BE IN MY HOUSE!!!!!
