I love Amazon and Amazon Prime! I wish more of the items were Prime eligible!!!

I'm going to be honest and say that about half of my apartment came from Amazon. They have decent prices on most things (make sure to look around, though, because there are several exceptions), shipping is free if you buy a reasonable amount of items, and you can find pretty much anything you need. One issue, though, is customer service. It isn't uncommon to reach somebody who doesn't speak English as a native language, and that can cause problems sometimes. The last time my husband tried to fix some issues with his account (namely, it disappeared), the person on the other end had trouble understanding what was going on, and when he did he didn't seem to believe it. It was kind of frustrating, and I'm not really sure how they choose their customer service locations; their US ones seem to be everywhere from Europe to India, and several service reps for the Japanese Amazon are in America. I don't get it, and I wish that things were handled more logically, but it can't be helped. Generally speaking the customer service is great, but when you happen upon one of the issues, it's hard to get it resolved.

I started shopping Amazon November 2013 and haven't stopped yet! Love the prices and I can found almost anything on the site. I would recommend this site to anyone! There is only one thing I do not like and that is some products have high shipping, but most items qualify for free shipping.

I don't know how I would get by with out amazon. They have anything and everything. And at very competitive prices. With a prime membership u even get free 2 day shipping. Totally worth it.

You can find EVERYTHING you need on this site! Customer Service is prompt and responsive. I've never had a problem returning a product. Best of all with Amazon Prime you get free two day shipping and access to free streaming movies, music, and TV shows!

I am a new user for Amazon.com. So far, I am okay with the site. The prices of the items I am looking for seem to be a little higher than the other site I shop on, but I have found some good deals. I really love how easy it is to apply a credit or Gift card to the account and definitely love the fact that my credit does not expire like other sites.

amazon is a great site where you can get anything for a cheaper price. Sometimes things they sale there might not be good but so far my experience with amazon through the years have been great. i order my textbooks for this school year and they came out in good

I'm a huge Amazon orderer! However, over the past year, I've found that some of the products I've ordered aren't as well packaged.

I have been a prime member for about 2 years. I love it! 2 day shipping, free streaming videos, and 20% off diapers and wipes! The only perk that I am a little sad about is that your have to have a kindle to take advantage of your free book a month. I would love to have a free book a month but since I have an ipad i can not. If, not for this I would rate amazon 5 stars. I buy so much from amazon!

Sometimes the site is hard to use one the phone. Also, when you search it offers items that are not related. This caused. Problems for me before when I ordered the wrong item looking too briefly at the item on my small phone screen. Same bag, different contents.

like that it's online but you have to be a prime member to get the good deals

Amazon is right up there at the top of my favorite stores to shop. I LOVE AMAZON!! It is always the first place I look for anything on my wish list. I love the ease of shopping from home. I love how quickly stuff arrives at my doorstep. I love how easy it is to rent my favorite shows, movies, etc. I love getting all the free ebooks! I could go on and on and on when it comes to Amazon.

I have been a huge supporter of Amazon for years and probably would spend my entire life savings on the site, however, I have been quite disappointed in their customer service and structure. Recently they started offering "Prime Pantry" credits to those who chose none rush shipping of which I was ecstatic. Long story short, I am unable to use them because it is not offered in my area. I have been in contact with customer support via phone, email and chat of which no one has offered any solution C ustomer service is one of the most important roles of a company and Amazon is slacking.
