I just got mine for Christmas and I love it! I had to beg for one, as my hubby didn't think we really needed it with only 4 non carpeted areas. But I hated having to drag a mop and bucket all over the house! I like the resuable cloths and have a pattern to make my own resuable cloths instead of having to buy replacements! LOVE IT!

I got this product as a birthday present and I love it. It beats having to buy all those throw away ones for the swiffer. With two dogs and a cat my house gets pretty dirty and having to always buy the replacement pads really sucked. Now with this i can clean my hardwood, tile, and lanolium all with one pad and be done with it. I also love how the head can fit behind the toliet. The only thing I wish is that there was a trigger or something to make more steam come out at times rather than having to pump it all the time.

I don't have this exact model, mine is both a vaccum and a steam mop for hard surface floors and I LOVE it. We got rid of the carpet and replaced with tile and this has kept our floors sparkling clean since. Easy to use!

I continue to use and love cleaning with this product. It is easy to use and doesn't take up much space.

I love this. It is easy to use it does a very good job and it makes my floors shine. It makes my floors feel very clean as well when I walk around barefoot.

Cleans very well without the use of chemicals. Bought this because I have a small dog and I had been hearing about dogs becoming sick from getting floor cleaners on their paws and then licking them. With this mop, I don't have to worry about her getting sick and still keep my floors very clean.

The Shark Steam Mop is great for cleaning up easily. All it takes is just a few minutes and its ready to start!! Since is " steams " I feel like my floors are getting a good going over and will have less germs * which we all love * I will agree with another review, the handle does need to be a little firmer ... and a tad bit taller.

I love this product, it was easy to assemble, easy to use and had a long chord, I now look forward to mopping:)

I love this mop!! I've got 2 big dogs that are my babies and I don't have to worry about chemicals hurting them anymore since I have this. The shark mop gets my floors just as clean if not better than all those other nips that just push around chemicals & dirt. This also is awesome at getting up all the hairspray gunk in my bathroom. If you don't have one get one!!

I love this Shark! My new hardwoods look so beautiful - just like brand new each and every day! It is very easy to use, has three pads, easy to fill, works on carpet/rugs as well as hardwood and tile. This is the bomb!!!

Good Mop I have only used the steam mop on my hard wood floors so far. Its easy to use and clean. The pad that comes with it, can be washed in the washing machine and put in the dryer. Make sure you sweep your floors before using the mop. It did get spots off the floor and made the floor shine too. I like knowing that my floors are really getting cleaned, instead of being wiped up.

Absolutely love this! We use it on our wood & tile floors. Great for people with allergies or pets. It cleans AND sanitizes floors.
