This shampoo made me break out and itch everywhere it came in contact with my skin. I was on allergy meds for about three days. It has a great smell and good lather and left my hair shiny. I am not sure of the long term effects as I could only use it once.

I can use almost any shampoo that is on sale or I hae coupons for...except this. No matter what kind I tried it left my straight hair flat and oiley looking. I do enjoy their styling products. The texture spray and sleek shine hairspray.

I love the scent but the shampoo left my hair feeling dry and brittle. Not enough conditioner in the product I suspect.

I USED THIS PRODUCTS SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER I DONT LIKE HOW MY HAIR IS STRINGY.THE SMELLS OK FOR A WHILE THEN IT STARTS SMELLING LIKE ROTTEN FRUIT

I really don't like this product either. It left my hair very dull and very knotty. I felt like my hair had a coating of something on it all day long and it just got worse as the day went. I purchased this product because I love their hairspray, and figured that the shampoo/conditioner would work great too...not so much!

I have not had a problem with this product. Smells great too.

Smells great but can't say I like it

Does not leave my hair sleek and shiny, it smells great but my hair is still as frizzy as can be.

I have oily hair, and this product just made it worse. It made my hair so greasy that it didn't even look like I had washed it at all.

I've used this once before and like many other reviews it also irritated my scalp. It smells good but that's about it. I love Herbal Essence and it also smells fabulous without the itchy skin.

'OH MY GOD' I REMEMBER USING THIS PRODUCT WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT AND I WAS CRYING IN THE SHOWER BECAUSE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME SINCE I WAS LITTLE THAT I COULDN'T COMB THROUGH MY HAIR--[AND I AM 50 NOW AND MY HAIR IS DOWN THE MIDDLE OF MY BACK]. I LOVE TO COMB THROUGH WHEN I'M IN THE SHOWER WITH THE CONDITIONER ON MY HAIR BUT WITH THIS PRODUCT , I COULDN'T GET THE COMB THROUGH MY HAIR WITHOUT IT FALLING OUT. I REMEMBER CRYING FOR WEEKS CAUSE I HAD BALD SPOTS IN MY HEAD AND AT THAT TIME I HAD A CUT LIKE THE SINGER 'TONI BRAXTON' WHEN SHE HAD IT CLOSE TO HER SCALP. IF I HAD A TRUCK LOAD OF THE STUFF AND IT WAS FREE---IT WOULDN'T BE IN MY HOUSE!!!!!

I like some of you initially thought this product was ok.In the end it was just that ,JUST OK. It left my hair feeling really weighed down and just frumpy.I have long straight hair ,this made it look overprocessed, and I don't process my hair and get regular trims. It also gets the gold prize for build-up really fast.My entire household gives this one two thumbs down.

I like this product alright but will stick with the brand I already buy.A little to pricey .

Smells great but leaves my hair oily.

The scent is great, however I feel it leaves a greasy feeling to my hair and greasy has never been my problem!
