Have ordered items through Amazon several times during the past years. I have never had a problem with any order. Ordering process is easy and fast and items have all been on time and as described.

I have shopped at Amazon since the 1990s. They always provide excellent selection, price, and service. Retailers missing any of those three, especially service, criteria leaves my list eventually. Whether buying or selling, Amazon helps streamline the process so both buyer and seller (commission is a bit high, so I prefer ebay) can feel at ease doing business with them.

I love using amazon. I have been using them for years and always go there before I buy anywhere. They have fast shipping and even have the suggestions.. Items are as describe and have never had any problem with using their site.

I ordered a dvd set from Amazon for my dad for Christmas it arrived quickly with free shipping and was in brand new condition as stated.

Can't speak highly enough about their customer service! FedEx messed up a delivery of a gift for my child that was going to be from Santa and shipped the package to the wrong state (2000 miles away). FedEx was useless in helping me so I called FedEx who send me a new item Priority Overnight (and they didn't charge me) so that Christmas morning was a happy one. They went above and beyond. Also, they have tons of items to choose from. We gave all our our kids teachers $50 Amazon gift cards for Christmas.

I've bought a vacuum, Dolce & Gabana fragrance, CD's etc. and love Amazon's free shipping if the item's over $25. Excellent company to do business with!

I love Amazon. My husband and I are Prime members and buy all kinds of things from there. The prices are great so we always check Amazon when we're planning a purchase, and we frequently read the product reviews to help us make informed purchasing decisions. Prime is great for us too - we did nearly all our Christmas shopping online which saved us time and energy. It was great!

Amazon is really awesome! They started giving students free prime memberships for a year and it saved me a bundle over the last few months in shipping fees. I buy most of my books and got just about all of my boyfriends Christmas presents at Amazon this year simply because the prices are great, excellent reviews and free shipping! I also have the Kindle app on my iPad and use it for recreational reading basically every day. Great discount of most books and it's the simplest process ever.

I just started using Amazon and love it. I do online surveys and receive gift cards for Amazon. So I never pay full price or even nothing at all for some items. But you can find just about everything on this site.

I love Amazon.com have shopped here for many years and am always satisfied with the service and products also when I needed to return a product this month, I was very happy with their response to my disatisfaction with the product, Amazon made me very happy when notifying me that they would return and credit my gift certificates that I used to purchase this defective product with and did not require that I should return the product for the full refund, in return I was refunded my gift certificates used for purchase plus my shipping cost. I shall continue my patronage to Amazon.com always.

I do most of my online shopping through Amazon (they carry almost everything!). I am a long time customer and have created many wish lists including a Wedding Registry. I love the free shipping over $25, because I usually have a hard time spending less than that in an order. They usually have the best price on items as well (who wants to pay full suggested retail price for things?!). If not, I can usually find item NEW for less (incl. Shipping costs) through one of their marketplace sellers. Great place to buy used textbooks, and now you can sell them back to Amazon through a special program (also handles DVDs, CDs, video games, etc.)

I love Amazon too. It is by far the best store. I just became a kindle member and I absolutely love it! Excellent customer service would love to work for a company like that.

Love love LOVE Amazon. Mostly reliable sellers, ALWAYS with great pricing options, especially on used items. Everything is super professional and alway at a really good price. They've also got so many helpful things like product reviews and the "others who looked at this bought" list. Wonderful site!

I use Amazon for everything! I can always find things cheaper on this site than anywhere else and I love the free shipping for orders over $25. I keep my "wishlist" on here and anytime I want to treat myself or give someone a gift ideas, I refer to that list. Can't say enough good things about it!
