I was excited to try the L'Oreal Paris Superior PreferenceŽ GL90 Light Blond to Medium Blond as I love having highlight in my hair but don't have the time to go tot he salon. I have long straight fine hair, so the process wasn't difficult. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Application is quick and easy, no mess. I rinsed my hair after 25 minutes and ended up with beautifully sun kissed hair. I like the sunny, natural color of highlights and how good they looked! My hair feel so soft and good after using all the products. I would definitely recommend!

I was able to test out the GlamLights home highlight kit as a free sample from SheSpeaks. I was really excited to try this. I love the look of highlights in my hair but because of the time and cost of going to the salon I do not have them done often. The directions included with the kit are easy to understand and follow. I do wish there was a better way to predict how long to leave it on your hair. I wasn't willing to cut hair and run the suggested test (spending 25-45 min highlighting the cut hair). I just picked a time in the range provided, 35 min, and hoped for the best. My original plan was to use the kit when I was home alone and surprise my husband, but after reading the instructions (and other reviewers comments) I decided that having someone around to help might be a good idea. I am glad that I waited. Although the applicator is easy to hold, the back of your hair is difficult to get the right angle. It was also difficult for me to adjust the pressure to keep it looking even from top to bottom. In the end my hair was lighter than when I started, but it wasn't a huge change. I think if I tried this kit again I would leave it on longer to get a lighter effect.

I received the Loreal Glam Lights from SheSpeaks to try out for free. I thought this product worked really well with my hair and gave me the color that I wanted. The only problem I had with it, was the strong scent. I've been going to the salon and doing my own hair for years and this is one of the best products I've used at home. The comb was pretty easy to use and made even highlights. I really enjoyed this experience, thanks to SheSpeaks for the opportunity to test a great product.

I was chosen to review the Light Blond to Medium Blond Glam Lights. After receiving it, I knew it wouldn't change my hair color much because my hair is very light already. I decided to try it on my daughters hair since she has always wanted highlights. Her hair had darkened up from her original natural blonde hair. The product was easy to use at first. It seemed like the comb was doing a good job until the hair started lightening. It only worked good for the first 3-4 inches from her scalp. The streaks thinned out and it was very difficult to get a uniform pattern with the 3-prong comb when I needed to add more product toward the ends. I ended up using my fingers and a rattail comb to pull up strands of hair to get them saturated. It did lighten up very quickly and the color turned out better than I thought it would. After it was dry, I cried because of what I had done to her hair. She was sooo bonde and it was a drastic change! I have gotten used to it now and everyone loves it. I think foil would be a much easier solution to getting highlights if you only want the top layer done. This would probably be great if you had very short hair.

I was so excited when I received my GlamLights home highlight kit to try for free from SheSpeaks. I watched the video, which was a little intimidating. I've been coloring my hair at home for 20 years, but highlights are a whole new world. In applying it, I found several things. First, while it was easy to apply to the lengths of hair that can be easily seen, it is quite difficult to reach the back of my long hair. Second, I should have waited until my kids weren't home, as it is difficult to move around without smearing the color out of the combed lines in which it was applied. Last, the highlights resulting from treatment are natural looking, meaning if you are looking for a major color change (which I wasn't), look elsewhere. Overall, with a few extra hands and the right expectations, this is a pretty good product.

I was super excited to try the Loreal Glam Lights for free, especially since it's a product I may normally look past. The instructions were very easy to follow and detailed. I thought the comb was fairly simple to use although my hair did get stuck in it several times. I do have thicker hair. It took about 20 minutes to get all of the hair highlighted that I wanted. I let it sit the full recommended time. Thebafter results were pretty great aside from a few small out of place areas. I will recommend it to other women and I will use it again.

I got great results with this product that looked Very natural. The only thing i did not like was the application process. It wasnt as easy and simple as i thought. But that a side, I would purchase for the fabulous results.

The color is not brassy, but not too bright. It is easy to apply and doesn't drip. After color sets in its easy to rinse. The color brought out subtle highlights in my hair.

Great product! It was very easy to use & very natural looking. I definately would recommend this product to anyone who wanted to have highlights in their hair.

I was given the chance to test this product from She Speaks. It is a great product! I color my hair every four weeks, and being a "bottle blonde" requires a lot of upkeep. My hair can dry out and turn brassy looking. So far, I have been quite pleased with the results of Glam Lights. It was easy to apply and rinsed out quickly. My only concern is that the smell seemed a lot stronger than other hair color products I have used.

loved it....very easy to use and the color looks good......i let it stay for 30ish minutes.....it wud be helpful to hv someone around to apply the product on the bk of the head....great product and the brush makes it easy to make the color look like highlights as opposed to overall color...loreal always makes quality products...thanks!

I received the L'Oreal Paris Glam Lights for Light to Medium Blonde. It was an easy process, I loved the simplicity of using the wand instead of having to pull hair through a cap (Yes, I've done it both ways, and this was a much easier way to highlight my hair.) Like any at home dye product, it sometimes takes a little trial and error to get it just right. Although I might have accidentally placed the highlights a little too thick (or pushed down in the wrong places while applying), I will absolutely use Glam Lights next time I decide to highlight my hair. This is a great product to try at home for painless highlights.

Extremely easy and fool-proof! Nice pick me up for winter hair.

I liked the results there is a lot of definition between highlights and my current color the brush was kina nifty they only flaw I found with the product is the lifting powder packet made a mess but over all I love it and will buy this again!!

I truly enjoyed using this product, I went for the lightest shade to really be able to see the effects and it worked great giving my light brown hair. Glowing and vibrant shades of light blonde, you must be patient and take your time when using the applicator brush and applying the highlights. It is is easy and with good instructions it is fun to use. Even if you have never colored your hair at home before. This is a good quality product and it was gentle on my coarse hair, I got many compliments from friends and family.
