when i hurt my back, i used these and they were a live saver

I use the me steal version of these for cramps and I can tell you, they are a lifesaver. Sometimes they are the only thing that allows me to get out of bed.

These wraps work really well and work nice if you are on the go! Slightly costly,but they do do the trick!

We got these for my husband as he has a sore back at times. They work like a charm, heating the area up and making the muscles relax.

I used these after straining my back. They are not noticeable under clothing, and can be worn to work or wherever else you need to be. They last several hours, and definitely loosen up the back muscles. I would definitely recommend them.
