This is pretty much my favorite haircolor ever. I have, over the years, used a wide variety of hair dyes and this is the only one that ever actually turned out the color that was displayed on the box. It's a little more expensive but worth every penny.

I prefer semi-permanent haircolor because I do not want to deal with roots.. I wonder if you both used the same color?? I would contact the company about the color wash out if it happened to me.
