Cleans your ears and so much more Q-tips are one of those items that I try never to run out of. I use them, of course, to clean the outer ear. My doc says never to use them anywhere else near the ear so to keep my inner ears clean, I regularly use a large syringe filled with warm water and lean my head over the sink, forcing the water in the ear and allowing it to run back out.
