I was very excited to try this product when it first came out but after trying it realized that I did not like this product at all. It was very flimsy when applying and the brush does not separate long thick eyelashes well at all, leaving them clumpy and full of chunks of mascara if you try to brush through the chunks. The concept of the wand was a good idea but it did not I would not recommend this product to anyone nor would I buy it again. I'm going back to my old mascara, it's the BEST!!!! NEW XXL Pro? I don't like this at all. It clumps all over the place and the way that most L'oreal mascaras seem to, it doesn't dry quickly enough and makes a mess.

I thought this would be good for volume because of the tiny brush, but it is really clumpy and makes the lashes stick together. It doesnt just clump together, it clumps on every lash too. I just hate this mascara and wish I would have spent that money wiser.

I didn't really like this too much. The brush is so small that it takes a while to get pretty perfect lashes and since you have to go over your lashes over and over it tends to clump.

I had been so excited to try this mascara thinking that it could be a dupe for Givenchy's Phenomen'Eyes which I had been dying to try. I was appalled at how poorly this mascara performed! The ball-shaped applicator does make this easy to apply, but too much product would stay on the ball making my lashes look clumpy and ugly. The mascara's formula itself was terrible as well. The color was not as inky black as I had hoped, looking more like a charcoal color. Overall I was not impressed with this mascara at all.

I tried this out a few times, but each time I used it I always experienced a lot of clumping and didn't realize much difference in the length of my lashes.

I was given this product to try and I absolutely hated it. The wand is very odd and difficult to use unless you want mascara all over your eyes. Yes, it does get to the tiny lashes but there are so many clumps that it's not worth trying.

It?s a Maybe I think the applicator shape and size makes it easy to apply to every lash. However since the applicator is so small the product is clumpy since it?s so close together.

I use this for the thiniest and outest lashes and it works perfectly!
