I am making alot of chicken dishes lately. I had the opportunity to eat fresh pasta on Christmas Eve and would love to have a pasta maker to make my own pasta as nothing compares to fresh!!
Chicken, Pork chops, pasta, have been using more canned vegetables...I made a nice banana bread the other day!

i haven't changed the way i make meals. i dont eat out all all and i dont cook. i mainly use ready made foods to create a meal (frozen veggies, dinners, canned goods, oatmeal, protein bars, etc. )
