On Day 11 of our 12 Days of SheSpeaks Giveaways, we're appreciating beauty - both inside and out.
Girls United: Beautiful Possibilities is a mentoring initiative started by ESSENCE and Ulta Beauty. Six teenage girls were chosen to tap into their entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and passion for beauty by creating an exclusive makeup collection.
We're thrilled to spread the word on this initiative by offering two Girls United Cosmetic Bags as part of the 12 Days of Giveaways prize - so you can share the beauty with a friend.

My ninth grade English lit teacher inspired a love of reading and creative writing.
My hard working Grandparents really inspired me. They lived through the war, the great depression and knew all about sacrifice, hard work, and saving money.
My beautiful and graceful aunties.@Lisa Stephenson and @Kathie Weber(God rest her soul) as well as @Kathy Dryden and @Gloria Mears and @Bobbie Howell...all ladies of grace and beauty indeed. My life has been blessed by having each obe of them in it!
My dad, he taught me the family business so i could take it over. He was a man who believed women can succeed in a man's world and job.
My mom, she's a tough lady.

My family
my children have inspired my life
My aunt was so into fashion, getting the most out of every day, full of love and laughter. However, riddled with crippling rheumatoid arthritis she dealt with pain every day but till the end continued to get something positive out of each day, all the while still keeping up with fashion, a smile on her face and some how rarely complaining. If I can show half her stamina I will be doing well.
My mom is the one who inspires me the most, always there for me and love unconditionally and very supportive and lead good examples for me to follow now that I'm a mom too :)
My dad was the one who inspired me. RIP been 5 years. I miss him.
