While nothing beats s’mores by the campfire, sometimes it’s fun to change things up a bit. This recipe for S’mores Sushi combines two classics – Rice Cereal Treats and S’mores – that you can make anytime. Anywhere. No campfire required.
Inspired after seeing the recipe for these fun treats, we decided to create our own – and we were not disappointed. Check it out below, then enter for the chance to win a $25 grocery store gift card – perfect to buy all the ingredients needed to make these yummy treats!
Step 1: Make Rice Cereal Treats – easy!
Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press your Rice Cereal Treats mixture into a thin layer in the baking sheet. You want your treats thick enough that they won’t break apart, but not too thick so that you can’t roll them.
Step 3: Top with Marshmallow Fluff, Melted Chocolate, and Graham Cracker crumbs. Tip: Melt the fluff first for easier spreading.
Step 4: Now the fun part – making the “sushi!” Cut your large treat, with toppings, into two equal pieces. Roll each piece into logs.
Step 5: Chill for 20-30 minutes (if you can wait that long!).
Step 6: Cut each log into ‘sushi’ rolls. Serve with melted chocolate dipping sauce and have chopsticks available for fun eating!
These are a hit with everyone, young or old, and the chopsticks make it even more fun!

I love making Twinkie Dessert. It is a frozen dessert made with twinkies, orange sherbet, and pineapple! Mmmmm
Although my go to dessert is homemade apple pie my grandkids love to just go in the freezer and get out frozen blueberries And eat them frozen.
ice cream sandwiches
We like going to the store and buying random "goodies" (cake, brownies, ice cream, etc.) and then making our plates with bite size portions of all of them with ice cream on top.
our favorite is homemade sugar cookies with sanding sugar on top
Ice cream cakes
What a fun dessert to make and what a fun dessert to eat! Who would not love this?? Dipping it in chocolate makes it perfect and eating with chopsticks makes it the best dessert idea I have seen in a long time!
Fruity Pebbles No-Bake Bars and Homemade Donuts
My great niece (3) spends the day with me, loves to mix and watch cookies or muffins bake. When they come out she is ready to add sprinkles to them.
We love to make ice cream cakes!
Key lime pie!!!
What's better than icy cold strawberry sorbet, homemade of course. Just whip up some straw berries in a blender with a little lemon juice and water to get it started ,then freeze. Kids love it and for the grownups add a splash of your favorite adult libation and ice to a glass, Now sit back under a nice shade tree and enjoy!
I love making homemade brownies with the kids. Magic seven layer bars are great too
I love anything with pumpkin spice and apple butter this time of the year! Apple cider donuts are my favorite though!
We love making desserts and eating. It's hard to wait. We also love store bought Icecream cones and Sandwiches
