IMO, I think her best tip is to marinate your meats in the rubbermaid brillance containers. You can see through to see what is i it. My marinades always end up leaking in my fridge.

I like her tips about making food ahead of time and letting it marinade but what I really liked is seeing it in the containers and her being able to move it around without any leakage . These are a must have!
