lost luggage always a problem

The worst mishap I had was forgetting my multi-vitamins and Vitamin C on my 3 week honeymoon! I didn't realize how healthy they really kept me ..... until I came down with a terrible cold in the 2nd week of our trip. I was miserable!

Losing our kids pacis on an 18 hour car ride made for a very very long ride to our destination. Going to be doing this trio again in June but add our two toddlers in there again plus our two oldest kiddos. Luckily toddlers don't take pacis this go around but definitely have no idea how to keep them all 4 occupied either.

Okay...so I have to admit that when I'm on vacation I do full-face glam...reason being that I have acne prone skin and scarring. After planning for weeks a trip to Austin, TX...I forgot my makeup bag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Day 1 I looked fab...day 2 and beyond uggggh...I couldn't take it anymore so I bought a random foundation at Walgreens...three little essentials to keep me looking okay...Foundation, Blush/Bronzer duo...and MASCARA.

The fun in the sun looks very interesting and fun!

i took my niece who was three at the time and underestimated cost of food and was short of money before it was time to leave an we had to live off crackers and peanut butter for the balance of the trip

I once threw away my retainer right before boarding a plane. There mad dash through the trash, but thankfully my retainer was found in time :)

My husband said he was tough and didn't need any sunscreen at the beach. A few hours later he was burned so bad he spent the rest of the vacation in the condo. We would bring him back on the beach late in the afternoon.

We booked a hotel based on pictures online, and it did not look as good in person!

Forget to pack my contact case. Solution. Eye glasses. Toothbrush. Shaver and sunscreen....was a slight hassle. But manage to get everything ( except eyeglasses ) replaced.

Plantar warts that made even walking on the beach impossibly painful. Enough said.

I guess u could call it a vacation mistake or "blondes" moment too lol. My bestie Kelli & me were on our 2nd vacation trip to see my mom who lived in Hawaii. It was a 13 hr flight with a lay over at LAX airport in California. I had been to many airports in my lifetime but it was our 1st time to LAX airport. This airport is huge and we had limited time to get to the other side of the airport to get on our plane which flew into Honolulu. Because this airport is so big they have shuttle buses to help u get to where u need to go. Our airlines told us to get on "a bus" and that bus would take us to where we needed to be. However, we found out quickly, that "a bus" in California actually meant "Bus A". They say it backwards lol. We got on the wrong bus lol. Thank goodness we were cute thin young blondes otherwise, the bus driver may have not helped us at all lol!

At Disney World we were bringing our luggage into our room and my 4 year old daughter was standing behind the door. We opened it up fro the outside and smashed her big toe taking the nail off. Poor thing was stuck with a bandaged up toe! But luckily that didn't stop her from putting on gym shoes and going to the parks. Thankful for the stroller when it started hurting her and she didn't want to walk!

This would be SO cool!
