Between smart phones, tablets and laptops, we all spend so much time on screens each day. Which is why the eighth prize in our 2016 #12DaysofSheSpeaks giveaways is so perfect!

For sure 8 hours or more per day on the computer, plus tv time and I read ebooks on my cell phone too! I get migraines a lot too so all those hours of eye strain is not good for me. I wear glasses every day and I would love to try a pair of these Phonetic Eyewear glasses!

I spend a lot of hours on screens, I'm a teacher, son between lesson planning, entering grades and emails, at least 2 hours a day and many more on some days. On my phone on social media at home to relax or watching TV to unwind before bed. Probably about 6 hours or more of screen time daily. I wear contacts, so my eyes are done by 8PM each day and I have to switch to glasses
