Between smart phones, tablets and laptops, we all spend so much time on screens each day. Which is why the eighth prize in our 2016 #12DaysofSheSpeaks giveaways is so perfect!

A lot of hours looking at my android phone screen...I use it like a laptop and phone! Definitely could use these!

I spend at least 8 hours a day looking at screens. I can really feel my eyes bugging out by the end of the day. I wear glasses now but they are not particularly helpful against eye strain. These glasses sound very interesting and I would like to try them out.

Since I have insomnia more often than not it's hard to say how many hours I stare at a screen all day. Except when I'm working so that's 8 hours I'm NOT on unless I check my phone which I do periodically. ;-)

I'm on the computer 12 hours a day if not more. I would love to win these glasses because being on the computer as much as I'm on it sometimes causes the onset of my vertigo.
