My favorite way to exercise is dance. Having a good time and getting fit at the same time
Family walks are always my favorite exercise. Spending time with my hubby and son while getting in activity is a win win!
My favorite way to exercise is to do the aerobics using the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds videos, power walking, and riding my bike. I like these forms of exercising because they are not expensive and is also options, which do not provide me with any excuses for not utilizing them in my fitness regimen.
My favorite way to exercise is playing Wii fit with my son and husband. We are VERY competitive so calories burn and die =-)

I'm a huge fan of Buti-Yoga! It's such a good work out! It works every part of the body!
My favorite way to exercise is hiking. I love long hikes in the mountains. My family has a history of heart problems and I'm trying to prevent this in me. It would be great to track my progress, heart rate and beat the odds by keeping fit.
