I brush with peroxide at night and use plague fighting mouthwash. In the morning, I brush with peroxide and toothpaste with my electric brush and use two types of mouthwashes one for plague and one for whitening. I am very dedicated to my oral hygiene.

I had my teeth whitened at my dentist last year. They have stayed beautiful but I have to watch some things that I enjoy. Berry pies and tea are definitely limited during the season.
