I brush my teeth three times a day with a whitening toothpaste, sometimes I brush with baking soda. I use hydrogen peroxide to swish for a few minutes, kills germs and whitens.

I use white strips before Thanksgiving and then use straws for drinking and avoid staining foods like marina sauce, beets, blueberries, etc.
