My lil guy is bonkers for Thomas and has so many motorized trains and if we run out he gets VERY upset!!!!! We make sure we have plenty of batteries on hand, however the older kids always sneak some for the Xbox controllers and I end up trippin out looking like a battery cop! I even keep a list of where the batteries are and hide them lol it's bad..batteries are horrible...this year I don't think we will need any batteries as I think the toy we have chosen is chargeable via a USB cable so that saves a lot of worry..
During superstorm Sandy we were powerless for 12 days. We used every flashlight in the house and used up the battery supply.

I always need batteries for my beats headphones, their great but when you constantly have to go to the store it gets annoying I'm just thinking of purchasing a one-time pack a rechargeable batteries the ones that go for like $13 save me the time lol
I really needed batteries when the power went out during the day and I had to leave to pick the kids up at school. No flashlight and I had to walk through the house using the light from my cell phone. We are getting my son a Leapfrog and it requires AA- so some rechargeable ones would be great to have.
I needed them when my daughter was being awarded her Bronze Medal in Special Olympics Bowling!
kid toys for sure!
I'm sure that my 3 year old grandson is going to get lots of toys that will require batteries! We seem to always be in need of double and triple A batteries all year long!
My TV remote control requires new batteries most often of all my electronic devices. Sometimes I forget to buy new batteries from Sam's Club.
I have a remote control car, a video game system with a wireless controller and a youth camera for my grandson for his birthday (Dec.22) and Christmas that all require batteries.
I just bought my daughter the Doc McStuffins Mobile Clinic Cart for Christmas. I'm going to have to buy stock in Duracell once she opens it on Christmas morning!
I go through so many batteries for my camera. I always make sure I have extra's so that I can catch a great picture.
My son likes to mess with our remotes, and often the batteries fall out and roll somewhere... So we are grateful for backups.
Right now I have 2 watches that need batteries.
