My favorite meal to make is crockpot pork carnitas
I have a recipe for Cannoli Cheesecake (sliced almonds, amaretto soaked golden raisins, ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, whipping cream, mini chocolate chips....yummmmm!) I wish we'd hurry up and have a 'worthy' potluck! It's a lot of work, but oh so yummy! I also like to make German Chocolate Cake, but it has to be from scratch! Those boxed cake mixes are icky, compared to one made from scratch! I also like my recipe for coconut pecan frosting better.
Pot roast with potatoes and carrots.
BBQ meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans! My family loves it!
