Makes: 1 serving

Description: Need a quick toddler meal for breakfast but short on supplies? Check out the 3 ingredient Easy Peasy Baked Apples recipe and you will have a healthy breakfast put together in a snap!

Ingredients:
1  apple (red delicious or granny smith work best)
1/2 teaspoon  coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon  cinnamon

Instructions: Cut apple into chunks and place in microwave-safe bowl.
Add coconut oil and cinnamon.
Toss apple chunks until they are thoroughly coated.
Place in microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Let cool and serve!
