Makes: 20 pancakes
Description: I love making this recipe for breakfast! These pancakes are fluffy, filling and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 cup
flour
1 tbsp.
baking powder
1/2 tsp.
baking soda
2 tbsp.
vegetable oil
3 tbsp.
sugar
1 cup
milk
1
egg
1/2 tsp.
salt
Instructions: Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk, egg and oil. Mix until smooth. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour pancake mixture in about 1/4 cup amounts and flip when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look lightly golden. Remove from heat when pancake stops steaming.
With just the right hint of pumpkin, these pancakes are a perfect early morning fill me up with a GREAT cup of joe!
