How Do You Slice & Dice?

on Sep 29, 2011: I chop with a knife and a plastic cutting board. I slice onions in half and then from top to bottom so that when I cut slices it is pretty much already diced. I also have a food processor but still choose a regular knife to avoid having to clean the machine. Wish I had a better way.
