on Jul 14, 2010: I'm guilty of all of the above.. I love hot showers, even during the summer. I rarely apply sunscreen, unless i'm going to be in the sun all day. I've also always suffered from acne, and can't resist picking even though I know how bad it is. But now I know what to work on.
