on Jun 01, 2007: I use valerian root tea to relax me, but some nights nothing helps and I just toss & turn till i'm fed up & plop down in front of the tv or computer. While, my loving husband never seems to have any trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or even napping...grrr

Choose Your Own Birth Experience

on May 09, 2007: I had a natural birth with (luckily) no complications. Of course there was pain involved, but nothing I couldn't handle and after my daughter was delivered the pain didn't matter.
