on Dec 28, 2011: My favorite holiday desert is cake balls. Bake a cake per the directions on the package. Let cool for 30 minutes. Crumble cake (I use my kitchen aid mixer) and then mix with 2/3 package of icing. Roll into balls and coat with almond bark chocolate. Sprinkle with sugar for a "snow" topping.
