Should MTV Be Held Responsible For Miley Cyrus' Performance?

on Sep 20, 2013: MTV knew what her performance was going to be. I am appalled that they let it happening knowing the VMA's are watched by children. The way she acted on that stage was uncalled for. I understand she is trying to break away from people thinking of her as a child Disney star but this went too far.
