on Sep 27, 2011: I think eating small meals 5-6 times a day helps to keep my metabolism and mood on the up & up. Eating smaller meals keeps your body constantly fueled, without making you drowsy, and it actually helps when it comes time to face the scale! You just gotta watch those portions. :)
