Garlic: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

 on Oct 22, 2010: Garlic is versatile, inexpensive, and easy to store. The the flavor in so many dishes I prepare for my family and friends. One of my favorites is toasted rye bread with garlic and Romano or Parmesan cheese on top. Makes a quick and delicious appetizer.
