on Dec 03, 2021: I WANNA TRY THIS!! Ashwagandha is amazing - I have used it for anxiety/stress.. IT WORKS WONDERS! Would LOVE to try it in this form work L-Tyrosine for sleep! I struggle with sleep.. Tired of prescription meds, need something natural - I WANNA WIN!! 👍☺️
