on Sep 23, 2011: I'm in college right now and it can be really hard to keep off the freshman 15, especially during the winter! To try to be healthy and fit I like to schedule time to go on a walk with a few friends. It's great exercise and it's wonderful for keeping off the stress that midterms and finals can bring
