on Jun 05, 2017: I try to get off my phone an hour before bed. I find putting a calmer movie on helps me to get tired. When all else fails I crochet because it helps me focus and I dont think about the day so Im enjoying my hobby while getting ready for bed.

on Jun 01, 2017: My kids love bubbles so we do tons of activities with that. The one thing they are most excited for this year though is making their own little gardens. They are picking out the plants and planting them and when the food is ready they are going to pick them.
