Description: I mix these vegetables and wrap them in foil pouches and cook them on the grill
Ingredients:
1
green bell pepper
1
red bell pepper
1
sweet onion
1/2 container
fresh mushrooms
Instructions: Thinly slice vegetables. I use Reynold's Wrappers. Mix vegetables together. Divide vegetables evenly between four wrappers. Coat vegetables with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt n pepper. Make sure wrappers are completely closed on all edges. Throw on the grill. I grill them until they are tender. I like them alit crunchy.
I have to make this for every function I attend and it goes fast!
