I agree with davidsonozrk.....with 3 kids I never have time!
Yoga is one of the most relaxing excercises that I have come across.
I love spin classes, so good for your heart, but weights help your bones and give you definition to the muscles. Love it all. I feel out of sorts if I do not excercise regularly.
I love to exercise at the gym, it gives me "alone time", but I mostly like to walk with my family or a girlfriend!!!
i love hitting the gym but also enjoy taking long walks and relaxing..
The older I become the more I enjoy my daily stretching. Got to keep those joints moving!
