Valentine’s Day is around the corner. Will this be another holiday where our shrinking wallets speak?! Are you planning to celebrate? Will you be spending less this year?

I made a delicious cream cheese and chocolate chip heart shaped cheese ball. Hubby and I spread it on graham crackers and watched movies. He got me a beautiful floral arrangement for the dinning table. We always make time for us everyday. It's Valentines day all the time.
I think Valentines day is a useless holiday!! We never do anything for it, just another way for them to try and rip you off and take your money!!
I typically buy cards and maybe a treat or 2; plan on doing similar this year
we never really do big gifts just a really nice dinner.
i have a boyfriend this year! i plan on spending more money then last year, while staying on a budget and maybe doing something home-made.
I always give goofy, funny little gifts to family and friends on Valentine's Day. Never anything expensive. Real love has nothing to do with spending money. The other 365 days of the year arre just as important.
Do you think buying my husband a flex360 Remmington is a good gift idea? and a good hint?
We tend to skip Valentine's day around here. Our anniversary is on the 22nd, and dh's birthday is the 28th. Those dates are more important to us to celebrate. We do acknowledge the day though, especially since we have kids. But mostly in the form of cards and words, not gifts.
I send cards to my Grandchildren.
Valentines Day is my Anniversary so I like to always do something extra special. We are hoping to go away for the night without the kids!
