honestly just trying to reduce stress which is really hard during this time of COVID. I also am trying to eat healthy which is really hard for me because of my depression and anxiety. I wish that I was financially set so I could stop work as that gives me a lot of anxiety and sleepless nights. Strangely enough I was much happier when unemployed and broke something I can no longer deal with financially as I just bought a new car as I needed one that I felt safe and comfortable taking on road trips.
Eating a healthy diet and incorporating 3 to 5 mile walks and a daily dose of yoga! Also taking a sit down and read break each afternoon!
Getting checkups.
Walking and/or biking five miles a day
Although its been cold where I live I find taking a short stroll gets my heart pumping and the fresh air brightens up my mood.
I walk every morning about 30 min.
I am trying to eat less meat again.
I am trying to exercise every day for heart health!
