How happy are you with your mobile phone service provider?

Almost everyone has a mobile phone these days, and we wonder how we ever got along without them!  While we love having mobile phones, we don’t always love our mobile phone service provider.  Dropped calls, unexpected charges or poor customer service could be the problem, and sometimes it’s hard to switch providers.

Are you happy with your mobile phone service provider?  If not, what are you unhappy about?

Very happy (40.4%)

Ok, but could be better (46.9%)

Unhappy, I would switch if I could (12.7%)

I am locked into a very expensive contract for two years. We have NO texting, NO internet, and share only 700 family minutes. It costs us $105 per month. To me, that's outrageous. Can't wait to switch.

I think it's waaaay too expensive for what we get...they are making a HUGE profit. Just think what we get in comparison....say our electric bill. Those two bills are similar for me and I think the electricity is a better value!

I have a BlackBerry with Verizon, and I am extremely happy with it! My FIL has a discount family plan because he is a NY Times retiree, so it's super-cheap! I have not had a single dropped call with them so far. Sometimes the internet is a little slow, but so what? This phone takes GREAT pics, too.

I live in a rural area and sometimes I can't use my cellphone or my call get's dropped! I lose minutes having to redial the number and certain areas are null zones. I have Sprint and wish the minutes rolled over on more phone plans.
