How much of your holiday shopping did you do/plan to do online this year?

Every year, it's the same thing.  Long lines and lots of in-and-out of stores.  More and more people are choosing to do their holiday shopping online.  Although, many people say that shopping in a store is the best way to go so that you can see and feel the items before buying them.

Did you shop online for gifts this year or did you go to stores?  It seems that we all have different preferences.  What do you prefer and why?

    I like to shop online because is easier to compare among the different stores. Sometimes I also chose In-store pick up, to avoid expensive shipping charges

    I prefer to shop online so that I don't have to fight the crowds. Another positive is being able to compare prices; you sometimes get better deals over the internet than you do at the stores.

    I bought most of my small gifts from Etsy.com. I didn't have time to go all over the place and I wanted unique things.

    shopping online is so much easier than dealing with crowds and nonsense. Plus you can find great online deals!!

    The deals that I found online were amazing. I also shopped on Ebay quite abit, and had the sellers send the gifts to my friends (minus the invoice, of course!) The only thing I went out to buy were Stocking stuffers. I'm not sure how much money I saved, but the time I saved was great!

    My daughter wanted the "old School" type of ear muffs! I looked everywhere. It took me all of about 2 minutes to find the perfet pair. In the future I will save fuel and frustration by looking online first!

    I'm not a fan of malls or crowds, so I try to avoid them in Nov and Dec. I pick things up throughout the year when I travel to interesting locations and then finish up my gift-buying online.

    I did my entire christmas shopping on Amazon. Was so nice to shop from my computer and not have to to fight the crowds!
