No, I drink two glasses of milk every day, plus a glass of O.J. I also take a calcium supplement that my doctor gave me. No worries!
I eat lots of calcium rich foods but I don't really pay attention to how much I am getting daily.
Yes I am very worried. I am now having problems with my teeth and back. This is a major concern for me. I guess we think we are young forever and now we are paying the price.
I recently changed Doctors and my new Doctor did blood tests and found I was low in calcium and vitamin D. I've always been a big fan of dairy products.
I take calcium and vitamin d every day,My doctor told me my levels are low on both
I stopped drinking milk and turned to alternative options and now I feel my joints every morning. I'm wondering if it's all the extreme sports or age but I'm only 42. Pain be gone! Maybe the Universe hears me...
I'm improving my health by taking vitamins and staying fit. So not concerned but I do pay more attention to what vitamins are best for me.
I don't drink milk at all and usually save the cheese and yogurt i can afford for the kids, so i worry about it a lot. i try to exercise and eat a tums every day
I don't get enough calcium as I should. So I am looking into new ways to get it. I barely eat or drink anything with calcium and age is creeping up on me. So I am going to start soon.
I'm not concerned because there is a lot of dairy in my diet, and my daily diet tracker says I am getting enough.
