Which do you prefer, MySpace or Facebook? (After voting, please comment and tell us why!)

Facebook and MySpace are the two most popular social networking websites in the U.S., but everyone tends to have a favorite that they visit more often. 

Which do you prefer, and why?  Has your preference changed over the past year?  If so, why did you switch from one social networking site to another?

    I hve never used facebook. But I have found people on myspace that I thought I would never find again.

    Most of my family and friends are on Facebook. Love connecting with them!

    While I don't have an account with either of them yet, I do prefer facebook because I have seen a lot of chances to sign up with different companies through them and get great free stuff.

    My space is for all ages. I stay connected to friends AND family on facebook.

    all of my friends are on facebook. i just never learned how to use myspace. it is nice to stay in contact daily with people i don't get to see often

    I don't really love either of them but, Facebook has more of my friends on it so, I prefer that. MySpace seems really young and kind of gross. I've had really strange friend requests from MySpace.

    face book is less intrusive and i think safer because you have control over who to share information with

    I really do not prefer either. I do have a myspace account open from years ago and do not check it often at all. I have no desire to get on facebook despite the million friends that say I just have to get on it. I don't think I would check that account either enough to worry about it.

    I actually like the format of myspace better, however I used facebook more due to the fact that most of my friends have abandoned myspace for facebook, I also enjoy that the privacy is greater on facebook. I can't quite bring myself to delete my myspace account b/c that is actually how I met my husband and contains all of our personal correspondence and pictures :) So I keep it, like a memory book.
