I totally work out & work out hard, I get all my aggression out on that punching bag...I even get in a good cry, and no one knows, it looks like I am just REALLY sweating

I eat guilty, sweet foods we all crave as women. Afterwards, I do feel that guilt, so I exercise hoping I didn't just pack on the pounds when I ate those brownies, cookies, etc.... Then so I will stop the cycle of eating and exercising, I write in my journal how I feel about the issues at hand. Usually after that and possibly a good cry, I feel better.

I have to agree with GranmaOchsner. If I don't first find the time to prayer and think things through I tend to make a much larger mess by opening my mouth first.

Sometimes, just being alone and doing something quietly, like reading a book or the newspaper, helps me destress!

I usually talk to friends / higher source of power immediately and find myself eating a lot afterwards regardless of hunger .

I have all this energy and anger when certain things stress me out so exercising helps release all the negative energy and clears my head
