Would a woman make a good US President?

We had to ask!  With the campaign for the 44th US President in full swing, we are in the midst of a historic election.  Senator Clinton could very well be the Democratic nominee for President in the 2008 elections. 

As a woman, do you think that a woman could be a good US President?  Better than a man?  What do you think that a woman might bring to the table that a man could not?  Please share your thoughts.

    If she's got all the credentials and experiences, I don't see why she wouldn't be good for the next president.

    being a "good" president doesn't matter whether the person is male or female. it is a matter of education, government experience, & world affairs. A woman could do as good a job as her experience and intellect would allow her as would a man.

    Yes a Woman would make a good President. But it would have to be the RIGHT woman. And none have surfaced thus far.

    Hilary Clinton, wasn't she already President when her husband was in office. We all know who pulls the strings. She just didn't have the title. Anyway, she has yet to run a city, county or a state. I think running a country might be too much of a leap. She has some awesome ideas but I think she needs to start out small and then work her way up.

    I agree it depends on the woman. This is kinda funny, but I am going to throw it out there. My friends and I were discussing what would happen if we did have a woman president. We think well, what if she was having a bad, emotional pms day? Would she say well, the hell with it, lets bomb them and get it over with, I am sick and tired of the waiting, and WAY to crampy and crabby to deal with it anymore? Would she get to emotionally involved? Would she try to solve MORE problems than we are already trying to solve today because we woman like to solve problems? I am not saying a woman could not be president, we just had fun thinking about the humorous things that could happen... (would we be paying a high white house bill to keep it extra air conditioned if she was going through menopause and hot flashes?... This is all tongue in cheek, so anyone offended, please take it lightly! =)

    I feel like a man, some candidates are better than others. I feel if a woman would make a good president I would vote for her. Unfortunately that still has not happened. Check out how much you as taxpayers would pay for the Health Care initiative proposed by Ms. Clinton. She is NOT a good candidate for President. But that doesn't mean that a woman can't do a great job.

    In my opinion Hilary would NOT make a good president. But I am not saying that another woman wouldn't make a great president some day.
