How do you normally get your exercise?

We all have such busy and hectic lives. It seems to get harder and harder to find time to exercise at all. Busy women seem to find exercise regimens that work around their days. Some of us make regular training a priority and others get in exercise whenever we can. Regardless, many women note that their exercise time is essential to a basic healthy lifestyle. These women point to clearer thinking, better attitudes and healthier sleeping and eating habits as a benefit to exercise.

I actually enjoy going to the gym, and expecially like the eliptical machine. However... it seems like my day to day life gets in the way, and I just dont make time to go. It needs to be more of a priority for me!

I THINK EXERCISE IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. I ALWAYS FEEL REFRESHED AFTER A BRISK WALK/RUN WITH MY DOG. I DON'T DO THE GYM THING BECAUSE I HAVE THE EQUIPMENT AT HOME AND I SOMETIMES USE THAT WHEN TIME PERMITS.

It's tough to find time to exercise and I'm definitely NOT a morning person but I work out most mornings before work (ugh). I'm never sorry afterward when I feel energized, alert, and like I've accomplished something!I make sure that I do an Olympic lifting workout with a training partner three times a week. I've cut down my cardio to three classes a week because I'm convinced that strength training needs to be balanced with cardio for effective fitness.
