Eating right
Well definitely eating healthier, I follow the AIP diet to keep inflammation down, but I cheat now and then, keep my stress levels as low as posible, take vitamins and supplements like Omegas and CoQ10, trying to exercise more, not easy but so worth it!
Avoiding things I know make my blood pressure raise and taking care of my physical health by exercising, meditating and keeping not only my physical but mental health on track because without your mind you can't do anything
I am trying ro watch what I eat and move more
Doing all that I can including getting my Covid 19 shots. Got the first one already. Now I need to get more exercise to keep that heart going.

Most of the above. And wearing masks!
I have a family history of heart disease. I live smoke free, walk 4 miles daily and keep my cholestrol and blood pressure in normal range.
