How happy are you with your mobile phone service provider?

Almost everyone has a mobile phone these days, and we wonder how we ever got along without them!  While we love having mobile phones, we don’t always love our mobile phone service provider.  Dropped calls, unexpected charges or poor customer service could be the problem, and sometimes it’s hard to switch providers.

Are you happy with your mobile phone service provider?  If not, what are you unhappy about?

Very happy (40.4%)

Ok, but could be better (46.9%)

Unhappy, I would switch if I could (12.7%)

I think that it's time to drop the monthly rates as most people now have cell phones and these compaines are getting richer and richer.

I have boost mobile. I switched from at&t because of the horrible service and there was always some strange charges on my bill. I love booost mobile becasue its cheap and they have great customer service unfortunately their coverage is HORRIBLE. my calls get dropped from time to time but worst of all is when there is no signal at all. Every time I call with a problem they are always ready to compensate me for my trouble and I never have to worry about arguing about my bill because it is always $50

I have had AT&T for almost two years. When I first got cell phone service through them, I had so many customer service issues that I had to contact the Better Business Bureau. Things markedly improved after that. Unfortunately, I just moved from the city to the suburbs and I get service less than half of the time. When I contacted AT&T regarding the lack of service, they immediately offered me credits for half my bill for four months. Hopefully my area will get more of a signal by then.

I've been with Verizon for about 7 years and have never had any trouble with my phones. The service has been good and the employees have all been very courtious and helpful.

Sprint has worked for me for over 14 years. I am very satisfied, will not change.

We have T-Mobile. Value is just OK. Can't get service at our favorite camping spot but friends and family with different providers can.

I have T-Mobile. I have great coverage in my area, so I do not experience dropped calls. Their plans are also more affordable than Verizon. I would not even consider switching to AT&T.
